This is a low impact, mat based class that combines elements of Pilates, Barre, and Yoga. You can expect strength based movements paired with dynamic stretching and mobility work.
No equipment or experience is needed!
Stacy will guide you as you flow from one one movement to the next, ensuring you target every muscle head-to-toe. You are guaranteed to leave feeling strong, accomplished and ready to take on your day!
